Business Development Manager (Project Sales)

Requirements:

1. Minimum 5 years experiences or more as Business Development / Project Sales.

2. Experiences in CCTV, security system product, or IT Products

3. English fluency preffered

4. Bachelor degree

5. Experiences handling Projects from Focused segment

6. Good relationship and connections

7. Communication, Strategic Selling, Business Development, Problem solving, Analytical, Presentation skills

Responsibilities:

1.Identify partnership opportunities

2.Manage and achieve project sales targets from projects according to segment

3.Identifying and mapping business strengths and customer needs.

4.Build and maintain strong business relationships with clients, partners in an effort to grow business and help company expand

5.Collaborate with internal teams to develop project plans and ensure compliance with tender governance and procedures.

6.Conduct market analysis to identify new opportunities and drive business expansion.

7.Develop a thorough understanding of our products and service offerings to upsell better and cross-sell to clients.
