Job Overview

Glow Aligners is looking for a passionate and motivated BDS Intern to join our growing dental clinic in Kadavanthra, Kochi.

This is an excellent opportunity for a BDS intern to gain extensive hands-on clinical exposure and practical experience, working alongside experienced dental professionals. Along with assisting senior dentists, interns will get opportunities to handle suitable cases individually under professional guidance, allowing them to build confidence and strengthen their clinical skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist senior dentists during patient consultations and dental procedures.
• Get hands-on exposure to various dental procedures and clinical cases.
• Handle suitable patient cases individually under the guidance and supervision of senior dentists.
• Participate in patient examination, diagnosis, and treatment planning.
• Assist with and gain practical exposure to aligner-related treatments and procedures.
• Handle patient queries and provide appropriate information regarding treatments and appointments.
• Conduct patient follow-ups through calls or messages.
• Coordinate patient appointments and maintain regular communication.
• Educate patients about oral hygiene, treatment procedures, and post-treatment care.
• Maintain accurate patient records and treatment details.
• Follow proper sterilization, infection-control, and clinic protocols.
• Work closely with the dental team to ensure quality patient care.

Requirements

• BDS degree / currently pursuing BDS internship.
• Strong interest in clinical dentistry and willingness to learn.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable interacting with patients and handling their queries.
• Basic knowledge of general dental procedures.
• Responsible, patient-friendly, and professional attitude.
• Freshers are welcome to apply.
