- Handling consultations professionally via Zoom/Exotel/ Doctor's App Completing MERs thoroughly, including reflex questions, without errors or recalls
- Following up with customers up to 3 times if they dont' respond/join Ensuring punctuality by joining calls 2 minutes early
- Wearing apron & stethoscope during video consultations, and adhering to AIA-approved scripts
