BE Infrastructure / Platform Engineer

I’m hiring a Backend / Platform Engineer to join a fast-growing AI infrastructure company in San Francisco building the data systems used by frontier AI labs to improve foundation models.

The role is very hands-on and high ownership. You’d be building backend and infrastructure systems end-to-end, from data collection and high-throughput pipelines through Kubernetes, cloud infrastructure, deployment and delivery.

They’re particularly interested in engineers who have worked on difficult distributed systems, data-heavy platforms or infrastructure where reliability and scale really matter.

→ Build backend and platform infrastructure used in frontier model development

→ Own Kubernetes, cloud and high-throughput data systems end-to-end

→ Work across distributed systems, data pipelines and production delivery
