Key Responsibilities

• Ensure a welcoming, upscale, and well-maintained atmosphere for all guests
• Oversee daily operations, including staffing, scheduling, and service execution
• Monitor all activity beach areas to ensure compliance with safety standards and operating procedures
• Enforce facility rules and regulations consistently and professionally
• Respond to emergencies and incidents, ensuring proper procedures are followed and documented
• Identify and address potential safety hazards, maintenance issues, and operational inefficiencies
• Ensure all team members are properly trained in safety protocols and certifications
• Maintain inventory and oversee distribution of towels, equipment, and supplies
• Communicate effectively with upper management regarding operations, staffing, and guest feedback
• Ensure all company policies, safety standards, and brand expectations are consistently upheld
• Promote a culture of accountability, professionalism, and exceptional guest service

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull up to 25-50 pounds
• Ability to work outdoors for extended periods in varying weather conditions
• Ability to remain alert and responsive in a fast-paced environment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
