Beam Saw Operator - Afternoon Shift

We are looking for a Beam Saw Operator with 2 +years in the industry to work an afternoon shift (1:30pm - 12am Monday - Thursday)

Job Summary:

The Beam Saw Operator sets up and operates beam saw equipment to cut sheet materials according to production drawings, cut lists, and work orders. The operator is responsible for producing accurate, high-quality parts while maintaining production efficiency and following workplace safety procedures.

Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor a beam saw to cut plywood, MDF, melamine, particleboard, and other sheet materials.
• Read and interpret cut lists, shop drawings, labels, and production specifications.
• Load and position sheet materials safely and accurately on the saw.
• Enter or verify cutting programs and dimensions using the machine's control system
• Make routine adjustments to saw settings, blades, stops, and other machine parameters.
• Perform basic machine cleaning, lubrication, and preventative maintenance as required.
