Job Title: Beam Saw Machine Operator
Department: Production Panel Processing
Key Responsibilities
- Operate beam saw for cutting MDF, plywood, HDHMR and other boards as per cutting lists.
- Read cutting layouts and production drawings.
- Ensure accurate dimensions and minimize material wastage.
- Check board quality before cutting.
- Maintain cutting accuracy and edge quality.
- Perform basic machine cleaning and routine maintenance.
- Follow safety procedures and production schedules.
- Coordinate with CNC, edge-banding and pre-assembly teams.
Experience: 5-10 years in modular furniture/woodworking machinery.
