Beautician

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide facial and foot beauty treatments to customers.
• Perform facial cleansing, exfoliation, massage, mask application and basic skincare treatments.
• Provide foot care and beauty treatments, including foot cleansing, exfoliation and massage.
• Assess customers’ beauty and skincare needs and recommend suitable treatments.
• Explain treatment procedures and provide appropriate after-care advice.
• Recommend suitable skincare and beauty treatments according to customers’ needs.
• Maintain high standards of hygiene and cleanliness during treatments.
• Clean and maintain beauty tools and equipment after each treatment.
• Maintain accurate customer treatment records.
• Provide professional, friendly and courteous customer service.
• Perform other duties related to beauty treatments as assigned by management.

Requirements:

• Malaysian Chinese candidates only.
• Fluent in both English and Chinese (Mandarin).
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Friendly, presentable and responsible.
• Previous experience in a beauty salon, spa or customer service environment will be an advantage.
