Responsibilities

• Perform professional facial treatments according to SOP
• Conduct skin analysis and explain treatments to customers
• Ensure treatment rooms and equipment are clean and hygienic
• Recommend suitable skincare products and treatment plans
• Build good relationships with customers through excellent service
• Maintain accurate treatment records
• Work closely with consultants and therapists to achieve customer satisfaction

Requirements

• Experience in facial or beauty industry is an advantage
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply (training provided)
• Friendly, responsible and well-groomed
• Willing to learn and continuously improve
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Able to work weekends and public holidays
