About the Role:

Redefined Beauty is seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Beautician to join our dynamic Eastland Ringwood team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in a variety of beauty treatments and a passion for helping clients achieve their desired look.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform a range of beauty services, including:

• Eyelash Extensions (Classic, Volume, Hybrid, Mega Volume, Natural Volume)
• Lash Lifts and Tints
• Brow Lamination and Tinting
• Eyebrow Threading and Waxing
• Body Waxing
• Facials
• Cosmetic Tattooing (Microblading, Ombre, Powder Brow, Lip Liner, Eyeliner)
• Consult with clients to understand their beauty goals and provide personalized recommendations.
• Maintain a clean and hygienic workspace, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
• Stay updated on the latest beauty trends and techniques to offer innovative services to clients.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Proven minimum 1 year experience as a Beautician with proficiency in the services listed above.
• Relevant certifications or diplomas in beauty therapy or related fields.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality services.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to accommodate client appointments.
