Job Description

NextMed Clinic is looking for a friendly, responsible and sales-oriented Beautician to join our Cheras branch.

This role is suitable for someone who enjoys working with customers, providing beauty and aesthetic treatments, and helping patients understand suitable treatment options. Training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform facial, skincare and non-medical aesthetic treatments according to clinic SOPs and doctor instructions.
• Assist doctors during aesthetic procedures when required.
• Provide good patient care before, during and after treatment.
• Explain treatment programmes, packages and promotions clearly to patients.
• Follow up with enquiries and existing patients through WhatsApp, phone calls and other clinic communication channels.
• Support the team in converting enquiries and consultations into treatment bookings.
• Recommend suitable clinic services and packages based on patients' needs without hard selling.
• Maintain accurate patient treatment records and follow-up status.
• Take appropriate before-and-after photos according to clinic SOP.
• Maintain treatment rooms, equipment, consumables and overall cleanliness.
• Assist with appointment scheduling and daily branch operations when required.
• Work closely with doctors, customer service and branch team to achieve monthly branch targets.
• Participate in clinic promotions, events, content creation or social media activities when required.
• Attend product, treatment and sales training provided by the company.

Requirements

• Experience as a beautician, beauty therapist or aesthetic assistant is preferred.
• Candidates with 1–2 years of beauty/aesthetic industry experience will have an advantage.
• Fresh candidates with a good attitude and willingness to learn are welcome to apply.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Comfortable communicating with patients and doing follow-ups.
• Sales experience or confidence in recommending treatment packages is an advantage.
• Well-groomed, professional and presentable.
• Responsible, punctual and able to work as part of a team.
• Able to work weekends and public holidays according to roster.
• Ability to communicate in Mandarin/Chinese is an advantage due to our patient demographics.
