Job Overview

• Work Schedule: 5.5 Days a week (Fixed Off on Sundays & Public Holidays)
• Locations:
• Chinatown: 281 South Bridge Road, #03-01, Singapore 058830
• Orchard Road: 360 Orchard Road, International Building, #03-18/19, Singapore 238869
• Compensation: Competitive Basic Salary + Service Commission + Sales Commission + Group Commission (High earning potential based on performance targets)

What You’ll Do (Responsibilities)

• Treatments: Perform advanced beauty treatments for clients according to established K-beauty protocols.
• Consultation & Sales: Recommend and explain suitable beauty packages and skincare routines to clients tailored to their needs (no aggressive hard-selling).
• Customer Care: Attend to customer enquiries, concerns, and feedback in a warm, professional manner.
• Housekeeping: Maintain exceptional hygiene, cleanliness, and daily housekeeping standards across the outlet.
• Teamwork: Support and assist team members when needed to maintain a smooth daily workflow.

Who We’re Looking For (Requirements)

• Experience: Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in the beauty, skincare, or aesthetic industry.
• Language: Ability to speak basic English and Chinese to communicate effectively with our diverse clientele.
• Value-Added Skills: Candidates able to perform Eyelash Extensions or Basic Hair Wash will be given higher consideration.

• Polite, approachable, and highly customer-service oriented.
• A dedicated team player with a positive, can-do attitude and a strong willingness to learn new techniques.
