Beautician

We are seeking a Beautician to provide professional, non-medical beauty services and attentive customer care.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct customer consultations to understand skincare concerns and beauty needs.

Perform facial cleansing, facial treatments, mask application and other non-medical skincare services within the salon’s authorised scope of business.

Recommend suitable skincare products and beauty services based on customer needs.

Maintain accurate customer consultation and treatment records.

Clean and disinfect beauty tools, equipment and treatment areas.

Assist with appointment scheduling, product displays and stock checks.

Follow product instructions, hygiene procedures and workplace safety requirements.

Requirements

Relevant training or certification in beauty therapy or skincare is preferred.

Practical experience in facial treatments and customer service is preferred.

Good communication skills and a professional, service-oriented attitude.

Able to follow hygiene standards and treatment procedures.

• Handle customer's enquiries and booking of appointment.
• To uphold and maintain the highest customer service standards of the Spa.
• To be knowledgeable of the services provided, and to effectively respond to customer queries, needs, and expectations.
• Make recommendations on our products and treatments a to customer
• Responsible for preparing the necessary treatment products and stocks replenishment.
• Cleaning and sanitizing work areas, changing treatment room sheets, and sterilizing all instruments and equipment before each use.
• Able and flexible to work on weekends / public holidays / after office hours.
• Customer oriented with a pleasant personality.
• Has strong interpersonal skills.
• Able to work in a fast paced environment and can multitask.
• Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure.
