Beauty Advisor

Are you passionate about luxury fragrances, and creating exceptional customer experiences?

We’re looking for an enthusiastic Beauty Advisor to join our team at Auckland International Airport on a Permanent Full Time basis.

Representing the premium brand, Maison Francis Kurkdjian brand, you will bring the art of luxury fragrance to life through storytelling, personalised service, and customer connections. If you have experience in luxury retail, impeccable presentation, and a passion for delivering fantastic service, this is an exciting opportunity for you!

Due to our airport environment, you must be flexible to work weekends (both days may be required), early mornings and late nights, public holidays.

What you’ll do

• Create memorable shopping experiences for international and local customers
• Share your knowledge of premium fragrances with confidence and enthusiasm
• Recommend products tailored to customers' needs and preferences
• Build strong customer relationships
• Achieve sales targets while delivering outstanding service
• Maintain well presented counters and displays
• Process transactions accurately and efficiently
• Collaborate with your team to deliver exceptional results

What we’re looking for

• Experience working with/selling luxury goods
• Previous retail or sales experience
• Fantastic communication and storytelling skills
• Strong sales skills and confidence in making product recommendations
• Immaculate personal presentation
• The ability to engage with customers from diverse backgrounds
• A proactive attitude and willingness to learn new brands and products

Work Environment – Auckland Airport
The airport is a strictly controlled security environment, and you are obliged to meet all policies and procedures required. A security check is mandatory for all staff.
