1. Customer Engagement

• Welcome customers promptly and warmly.
• Assess skin type, needs, and beauty goals.
• Recommend tailored skincare, makeup, and fragrance products.
• Demonstrate proper product application techniques.

2. Sales Execution

• Meet individual and store sales targets.
• Cross-sell and upsell complementary products.
• Process sales, promotions, free gifts, and returns accurately.

3. Merchandising & Inventory

• Keep displays clean, organized, and testers hygienic.
• Restock inventory and report stock discrepancies.
• Set up promotional displays and new brand launches.

4. Client Relationship Management

• Maintain client records with preferences and purchase history.
• Follow up on new launches, promotions, and events.
• Provide aftercare advice to drive repeat visits.

5. Operational Compliance

• Follow brand standards and retail store policies.
• Attend brand training to maintain strong product knowledge.
• Comply with safety, hygiene, and promotional guidelines.

Pay: Php14,000.00 - Php15,600.00 per month
