Job Summary

Amber Beila Beauty is looking for a motivated Beauty Advisor to provide professional skincare consultations, build strong client relationships, and achieve sales targets through excellent service and personalized recommendations.

Responsibilities

Provide professional skincare consultations and recommend suitable treatments and packages based on clients’ needs

Build and maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat visits and long-term loyalty

Understand clients’ concerns and deliver personalized beauty and skincare recommendations

Respond to customer enquiries professionally and assist in closing sales

Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to the outlet’s overall performance

Follow up with clients to maintain good after-sales service and customer satisfaction

Collaborate with team members to ensure a positive and professional customer experience

Required competencies and certifications

Minimum 1–2 years of experience in beauty, skincare, aesthetic, retail, or sales-related environments

Experience in client consultation and recommending suitable treatment packages

Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage customers effectively

Confidence in sales and ability to engage customers to meet sales goals

Customer-focused, results-driven, and service-oriented approach

Positive attitude with teamwork skills and willingness to learn

Preferred competencies and qualifications

Proficiency in English and Mandarin to communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients
