美容助理 Beauty Assistant

About the role

TSY values genuine service, a comfortable atmosphere, and steady learning. We aim to create a relaxed working environment where team members can grow their skills without hard-selling pressure. We’re looking for a Beauty Assistant who is genuinely interested in developing a career in the beauty industry. On-the-job training will be provided, and prior experience is not required.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome and serve clients in a warm, friendly and professional manner
• Assist with daily operations and support the delivery of beauty services
• Help maintain a clean, tidy and comfortable environment for both clients and team members
• Learn basic beauty knowledge, product care and service procedures under guidance
• Support the team in creating a relaxed and positive experience for every client

What we’re looking for

• Punctual and responsible
• Warm and approachable, with a friendly smile when serving clients
• Interest in personal grooming and presentation
• Willingness to learn beauty knowledge and skills (training provided)
• Positive and cheerful personality
• No prior experience required
