Duties and Responsibilities:

·       Deliver latest skincare analysis  to customers

·       Provide personalized shopping assistance

·       Build and establish new customer prospects

·       Manage daily operating activities in the store

Requirements

• Strong customer service and interpersonal communication skills
• Target-driven with a confident and engaging personality
• Positive, proactive, and service-oriented attitude

What We’re Looking For

• Prior experience in beauty retail, skincare, or customer-facing sales is an advantage
• Entry-level candidates with a keen interest in beauty are welcome, as comprehensive paid training is provided
• Genuine passion for beauty, skincare, and delivering excellent customer experiences
• Able to work independently while contributing effectively within a team environment
• Friendly, enthusiastic, and customer-centric in approach
• Confident in sharing product knowledge and providing suitable recommendations to customers
• Willing to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays, as required
• Proficient in both Mandarin and English to support communication with a diverse customer profile
