U Aesthetics is looking for an experienced Beauty Therapist to join our growing team in Orchard.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Perform professional facial and body treatments, including Bojin facial, body contouring, lash lift and other specialised beauty treatments
• Conduct client consultations and understand individual skin, body and aesthetic concerns
• Recommend suitable treatments and products according to clients’ needs
• Deliver treatments safely, professionally and with a high standard of service
• Follow up with clients on their post-treatment experience and progress
• Build strong client relationships and encourage long-term retention
• Introduce and recommend suitable treatment packages and products
• Maintain accurate client treatment records
• Prepare treatment rooms and maintain excellent hygiene and sanitation standards
• Ensure machines, equipment and treatment areas are properly maintained
• Attend training and continuously improve treatment knowledge and techniques
• Work closely with the team to achieve service and business goals

Who We’re Looking For

• Minimum 2 years of relevant beauty therapy experience
• Hands-on experience in facials and/or body treatments
• Experience in Bojin facial, body contouring or lash lift is an advantage
• Strong consultation and customer service skills
• Comfortable recommending suitable treatments and products to clients
• Professional, responsible and well-groomed
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Strong attention to hygiene, detail and client safety
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Relevant qualifications such as ITEC, CIBTAC, CIDESCO or WSQ are advantageous but not compulsory
• Able to communicate effectively with our diverse client base

Working Hours:
10:30am – 8:30pm
6 days off
Sun and Public Holiday OFF
