Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of beauty treatments including facials, waxing, manicures, pedicures, and makeup application.
• Offer personalised skincare advice tailored to individual client needs.
• Maintain a clean and hygienic treatment area in accordance with health and safety regulations.
• Ensure all equipment and products are used correctly and stored appropriately.
• Provide excellent customer service by understanding client preferences and addressing any concerns professionally.
• Promote additional services and retail products to maximise client satisfaction and business growth.
• Keep accurate records of treatments provided and client preferences for future reference.

Requirements

• Proven experience in makeup application and delivering various beauty treatments.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients from diverse backgrounds.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
• A friendly, professional attitude with a keen eye for detail and cleanliness.
• Ability to work flexibly, prioritising client needs while maintaining high standards of service.
• Relevant qualifications or certifications in beauty therapy are preferred but not essential if the candidate demonstrates significant practical experience.
