We are a modern, high-end private aesthetics and skincare clinic based in Kensington, providing premium skin treatments, advanced skincare consultations, facials, and results-driven product recommendations in a patient-focused environment.

We are seeking a knowledgeable and professional Beauty Specialist / Skin Specialist to join our team in a dual treatment and front-of-house role, supporting both client treatments and reception operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Performing a range of professional facial treatments tailored to individual skin concerns and client goals
Providing high-quality beauty and skin treatments in line with clinic standards
Carrying out detailed skin consultations and recommending appropriate treatment plans
Demonstrating strong knowledge of professional skincare products, including ZO Skin Health and SkinCeuticals
Advising clients on homecare routines, skincare ingredients, and product usage
Preparing and maintaining treatment rooms to the highest standards
Ensuring full compliance with hygiene, health and safety, and clinic protocols
Delivering exceptional client care and support throughout the client journey

Reception Duties:

Managing client bookings and clinic diary
Answering calls and handling enquiries professionally
Welcoming clients and ensuring a premium front-of-house experience
Processing payments and maintaining accurate client records
Using clinic booking software for client management and scheduling
Supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the clinic

Requirements:

Qualified Beauty Therapist / Skin Specialist
Previous experience in a high-end beauty, aesthetics, dermatology, or skincare clinic
Strong knowledge of skin, skincare ingredients, and professional product ranges
Experience with brands such as ZO Skin Health and SkinCeuticals preferred
Confident performing professional facials and advising on skincare routines
Excellent communication and organisational skills
Professional, polished, and client-focused approach
Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment
UK experience preferred
