What they need
Responsibilities:
- Managing the training needs of sales force towards business and organizational needs
- Effective organizing for smooth and productive training session
- Plan quality training modules and deliver training programs together with the training team
- Experiment and develop new facial treatment
- Support and assist on coaching/training for other region as when required
Requirements:
- At least 2 years in relevant job experience in beauty industry
- At least ITEC/CIBTEC/CIDESCO certified
- Computer literate
- Own transport and willing to travel
- Good communication and people skill
