HB Academy is a well-established private and funded Hair & Beauty training academy based in our purpose-built training facility in Sidcup, Blackfen.

We are committed to improving education, training and career opportunities within the Hair & Beauty industry. We offer a wide range of affordable, accredited and intensive fast-track courses, delivered during the daytime, evenings and weekends.

Our classes are kept small to ensure learners receive individual attention, close observation and ongoing guidance from experienced tutors, helping them to develop the practical skills and knowledge required to succeed within the industry.

The Role

We are currently looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Beauty Tutor to join our team and deliver:

• One-Day Diploma courses
• NVQ Beauty Courses – Level 2
• NVQ Beauty Courses – Level 3
• NVQ Beauty Courses – Level 4
• Higher Level Beauty - Level 5-7

We are looking for someone who is passionate about education and the Beauty industry and who can deliver high-quality, practical and engaging training to learners.

Essential Requirements

The successful candidate will have:

• A Level 4 Teaching Qualification
• Relevant Beauty industry experience
• Appropriate teaching insurance
• The ability to deliver practical and theory-based training
• A professional and supportive approach to working with learners
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
