This is primarily a WordPress page-building and content production role, rather than a PHP or back-end development position. We are looking for someone with strong Beaver Builder experience who also has a keen eye for visual presentation, page structure, consistency, and responsive formatting.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Build and populate internal pages for new WordPress websites using Beaver Builder and supplied content.
• Translate approved homepage designs, templates, brand guidelines, and existing styles into attractive and consistent internal pages.
• Structure and format website content including headings, paragraphs, CTAs, tables, profiles, downloads, galleries, news and blog content.
• Use good judgement when presenting supplied content rather than simply copying and pasting it into a page.
• Prepare website imagery using Adobe Photoshop or similar tools, including resizing, cropping, formatting, and basic image optimisation.
• Apply consistent typography, spacing, colours, alignment, visual hierarchy, and other established design elements across the website.
• Properly utilise Beaver Builder saved rows, modules, templates, and global elements while maintaining responsive behaviour.
• Review and adjust pages for desktop, tablet, and mobile displays.
• Perform basic checks on navigation, links, forms, and general page functionality.
• Keep WordPress media and other website assets organised.
• Review client feedback and implement required amendments accurately.
• Identify missing content, unsuitable images, inconsistencies, or other content-related issues and raise these with the Omnisity Project Manager.
• Maintain accurate project and task updates through Monday.com while managing several projects at different stages.
• Work collaboratively with the SEO Team when required. SEO expertise is not a requirement for this position.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS

• Minimum 2 years of commercial WordPress experience.
• Strong commercial experience with Beaver Builder – essential.
• Good practical knowledge of Beaver Themer.
• Demonstrated experience building and formatting complete website pages, beyond simply making text edits within existing layouts.
• Strong understanding of responsive design and effective web page composition.
• Excellent attention to detail with a strong sense of visual balance, spacing, presentation, and layout.
• Able to determine the most appropriate way to present supplied content within an established design.
• Good understanding of preparing and optimising images for websites.
• Good written and spoken English, including the ability to identify obvious content, formatting, and consistency issues.
• Comfortable following established processes while working independently and managing multiple client projects.

DESIRABLE SKILLS

Experience with any of the following would be an advantage:

• Contact Form 7
• Rank Math
• Basic HTML/CSS
• Adobe Photoshop or comparable image-editing software
• Monday.com
• Google Workspace
• Experience supporting a digital agency or similar environment serving UK, Australian, US, or other international clients
• Previous experience working remotely with international teams

PORTFOLIO REQUIREMENT – ESSENTIAL

Applicants must provide at least three live WordPress websites built using Beaver Builder that they have personally worked on.

For each website, candidates should be able to explain:

• Their specific contribution to the project
• Which pages they personally created or populated
• Whether they handled responsive formatting
• The extent of their involvement in the completed website

Candidates must be able to demonstrate genuine, hands-on Beaver Builder experience. Applications without demonstrable Beaver Builder experience should not be progressed.

IDEAL CANDIDATE

The ideal candidate cares about the quality of the finished page and is comfortable making decisions that improve its presentation. They should naturally notice issues such as inconsistent spacing, poorly sized imagery, overly long headings, unbalanced sections, or mobile formatting problems and take the initiative to correct them.

You should be organised, dependable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working to established processes. You will receive direction from a UK-based Project Manager but should be capable of taking ownership of your daily workload, managing competing priorities, and delivering high-quality work across multiple client websites.
