The Young Automotive Group is Growing Again!
We are actively hiring a Bedliner Technician at our Young Collision Center. If you enjoy hands-on automotive work, take pride in precision and craftsmanship, and want to be part of a fast-paced team environment, this is a great opportunity to grow your career. As a Bedliner Technician, you will be responsible for preparing truck beds and surfaces for spray-on bedliner application, including masking, sanding, and material prep. This role involves operating spray equipment, applying protective coatings to quality standards, and inspecting finished applications for consistency and appearance. Previous experience in automotive accessories, body shop work, painting, coatings, or detailing is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate.
We are a large organization that still operates with a family-owned, people-first culture, offering real career growth and long-term opportunities. Full-time employees enjoy excellent benefits, including access to on-site medical options, as well as employee pricing and family discounts across all Young Automotive Group products.
We’ve been recognized as a “Top Workplace” and “Best Company to Work For” in Utah and Idaho for several years and counting—and we’re just getting started.
