Beef Trimmer - 3rd Shift

Trim Meat according to specifications

Responsibilities:

• Trim fat, bruises, bones and any undesirables to specifications and with a regular cutting knife
• Prepare it for final mixer and adding the correct amount of pickle
• Assist in hooking up transfer hoses to the hopper

Qualifications:

• Must be in your current position 6 months and have less than 7 points
• No write ups in the previous 12 months
