Before School Program Lead

The Boys & Girls Club of the Wisconsin Rapids Area is seeking a Program Support Lead to support our Jumpstart Morning Program across seven WRPS elementary schools. This unique role is perfect for someone who enjoys variety, problem-solving, and stepping in wherever they’re needed most. Unlike our Site Leads, who are assigned to one school, the Program Support Lead works across Jumpstart sites to help keep daily operations running smoothly. This position coordinates staffing coverage, supervises and supports our floating program staff, fills in at sites when needed, and assists with cross-site needs such as supplies, communication, and program consistency.

What You’ll Do:

• Travel between Jumpstart Morning Program sites to provide coverage and support
• Coordinate daily staffing coverage and respond to call-ins
• Supervise, coach, and support Floating Youth Development Professionals
• Step in as Site Lead when coverage is needed
• Work collaboratively with Site Leads to troubleshoot day-to-day program needs
• Coordinate monthly supply needs and submit purchase requests to the School Services Director
• Support consistent Club expectations, programming, safety, and member behavior practices across sites
• Build positive relationships with youth, staff, families, and school partners
• Help keep our morning programs organized, prepared, and running smoothly

We’re Looking For Someone Who:

• Has experience working with youth and at least one year of leadership or supervisory experience
• Is dependable, organized, flexible, and comfortable making decisions
• Can confidently lead both youth and staff
• Enjoys a role where every morning may look a little different
• Communicates well and can work independently
• Has a valid driver’s license and can travel between local program sites

Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15.0 – 18.0 per week
