Behavior Analyst (Autism & ABA Therapy)

Role: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for children with autism.
• Supervise behavior technicians to deliver effective, evidence-based ABA interventions.
• Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary teams to support client progress.
• Provide parent training to enhance treatment outcomes.
• Monitor progress through data collection and data-driven decision-making.
