Behavior Analyst - Autism & ABA Therapy (Float)

Role: Float Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

Responsibilities

• Conduct functional assessments to understand client needs.
• Design, update, and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans.
• Provide clinical oversight for children with autism in both home and center settings.
• Supervise and coach behavior technicians to ensure quality service delivery.
• Analyze data to inform and guide effective interventions.
• Collaborate closely with families to support client progress.

Qualifications & Skills

• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
• Strong clinical training and mentorship abilities.
