Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

Role: Board Certified Behavior Analyst

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for children with autism.
• Supervise behavior technicians to ensure delivery of high-quality ABA services.
• Collaborate with families to provide guidance and support.
• Offer parent training to empower families in implementing effective strategies.
• Utilize data-driven methods to monitor progress and inform clinical decisions.

Qualifications & Skills

• Board Certification in Behavior Analysis (BCBA) or equivalent.
• Strong knowledge of ABA principles and best practices.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to analyze data and adapt treatment plans accordingly.
