Behavior Analyst

Elevate ABA Solutions is expanding into a new county, and we’re looking for our very first BCBA to join us on this exciting journey.

This is more than simply joining an established caseload. As our first BCBA in the county, you’ll have the unique opportunity to help establish our presence, build relationships within the community, and play an important role in shaping the growth of our local team.

We’re looking for someone who is excited by the opportunity to grow alongside a company, take ownership of their work, and help create a strong foundation for the clients, families, and clinicians we will serve.

You’ll have the opportunity to:

• Help establish Elevate ABA Solutions within the local community
• Build strong relationships with clients, families, caregivers, and community partners
• Help shape the culture and clinical standards of our growing local team
• Provide mentorship and clinical guidance as our team expands
• Help recruit and support future RBTs and clinical staff
• Collaborate with leadership to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
• Develop high-quality, individualized ABA programs
• Use data-driven decision-making to support meaningful client progress
• Help create a positive experience for families choosing Elevate ABA Solutions
• Grow into increased leadership opportunities as our presence in the county develops

What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking a BCBA who is:

• Currently certified as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) through the BACB
• Experienced in providing ABA services
• Passionate about creating meaningful outcomes for clients and families
• Comfortable working independently while being part of a collaborative team
• A strong communicator and relationship builder
• Organized, dependable, and clinically driven
• Excited about being part of a growing organization
• Interested in taking on leadership opportunities as the local team expands
