Behavior Analyst (Pediatric ABA)

Role: BCBA providing high-quality ABA services for children with autism and developmental delays in home and center-based settings.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment and behavior intervention plans.
• Oversee implementation of plans by behavior technicians.
• Collect and analyze data to monitor progress.
• Provide parent training and support.
• Collaborate closely with families and educational institutions.

Qualifications and Skills: BCBA certification, strong assessment and planning skills, ability to lead and supervise behavior technicians, excellent communication, and collaboration abilities.
