Behavior Analyst (Pediatric ABA)

Role: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

Responsibilities

• Conduct ABA assessments for children, adolescents, and families.
• Design data-driven behavior intervention plans.
• Supervise support staff in implementing intervention strategies.
• Partner with psychologists, schools, and community providers.
• Actively involve caregivers in treatment processes.
• Contribute to individualized treatment plans.

Qualifications & Skills

• BCBA certification.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills.
• Experience in behavior assessment and intervention planning.
• Ability to work in a hybrid clinical and community-based setting.
