Behavior Analyst – School-Based

Role: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) supporting K-12 students in school settings.

Responsibilities

• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) to identify student needs.
• Design, implement, and oversee data-driven behavior intervention plans.
• Provide direct ABA services and consult with school teams.
• Collaborate closely with IEP teams to develop effective strategies.
• Train and coach school staff on behavioral interventions and ethical practices.

Qualifications & Skills

• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential required.
• Experience in school-based ABA services preferred.
• Strong collaboration, communication, and training skills.
• Commitment to ethical, compliant service delivery.
