Behavior Technician (BT)Salary: $20.00 - $27.00 an hour (Competitive pay based on experience and education)
Job Type: Part-time / Full-time
Locations: Dos Palos, CA (and surrounding areas)

Up to $500 Signing Bonus!

• $100 Bonus for Spanish-speaking candidates

• $300 CDM Loyalty Pay: $150 after 9 months + $150 after 12 months of successful employment
• (Note: Regular bonuses are paid after a 90-day probationary period)

What You Will Do (Job Description)

• Implement individualized ABA interventions and procedures.
• Work 1:1 with children directly in their homes and community settings.
• Collect and complete daily data/progress notes on a tablet provided by the employer.
• Support and ensure active parental participation during sessions.
• Render all appointments in a timely and professional manner.
• Openly receive and learn from constructive feedback to best support your clients.

Schedule & Commute Requirements

• Availability: Must have afternoon and evening availability (between the hours of 2:30 PM and 6:30 PM).
• Commute: Must be willing to commute to different client locations to provide services. Please do not apply if you are unable or unwilling to travel between sites.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Experience: Hands-on ABA / Behavioral Therapy experience is required.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in psychology, education, child development, communication, or a related field is preferred.
• Licensing: Valid California driver’s license and valid auto insurance.
• Clearances: Department of Justice (DOJ) and FBI fingerprint clearance, plus TB test clearance.
