Behavior Technician (afternoon)

We are seeking both new Behavior Therapists (BTs) and experienced Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our dynamic team, offering unmatched culture, compensation, and support. Under the guidance of our Clinical Supervisor (BCBA), all team members undergo rigorous training to deliver Applied Behavior Analysis therapy to children with Autism. Responsibilities:

• Implement Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
• Provide direct client care in various settings
• Collect and monitor client data

• Assist in skill acquisition

• Ensure open communication within the team

Qualifications:

• Background in education or related field
• Passion for working with children
• Strong communication and time management skills
• High School Diploma or equivalent
