Job Description

At Bright Behavior Therapy, we conduct Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), an evidence-based therapy for children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder. Our team ensures that a high quality of therapy is provided to all clients throughout every session.

Bright Behavior Therapy is seeking Behavior Technicians to provide the best ABA services so that each client excels in identified targeted areas in order to increase their quality of life. Each Technician will go through proper ABA training prior to working independently with a client. Once training is complete and each Technician has proven that they are capable of conducting ABA services independently, they will be assigned a client. Technicians must be playful and willing to interact with children in different settings.

Requirements: Must be 18 years of age or older.

Work Experience: Experience in ABA therapy is preferred. However, proper training will be provided.

Education: Must have at least a High School Diploma/GED.

Salary: $18.00–$23.00 per hour.

Schedule: Day shift, Monday through Friday. Full-time and part-time positions available.
