Behavior Technician - Bilingual

Role: Spanish-Speaking Behavior Technician

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality ABA therapy to children with autism in various settings, including home, school, center, and community.
• Provide one-on-one support in both Spanish and English, following individualized treatment plans created by BCBAs.
• Collect accurate behavior data to monitor progress and inform treatment adjustments.
• Assist in building communication and daily living skills for children.
• Support parents and caregivers in implementing therapeutic strategies effectively.

Qualifications & Skills

• Fluency in Spanish and English.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to follow detailed treatment plans and procedures.
