About Unlimited Potential ABA:

Unlimited Potential ABA is a medical-model Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) organization dedicated to restoring integrity, clinical quality, and ethical accountability to the field of behavior analysis.

Unlimited Potential ABA upholds a standard that many in the field have lost sight of: ABA as medically accountable and ethically governed healthcare service. We reject practices that prioritize convenience or volume over treatment integrity and outcomes. Every provider of Unlimited Potential ABA is held to the highest professional expectations to ensure consistency, safety, and measurable progress for every patient.

At Unlimited Potential ABA, our mission is to transform potential into progress through data-driven, ethical, and individualized treatment. We are committed to redefining excellence in ABA by delivering care built on science, precision, and unwavering ethical responsibility.

Our Core Values

  • Integrity: We do what is right, not what is easy. Every clinical action reflects honesty, accountability, and respect for the patients and families we serve.
  • Clinical Excellence: We deliver medically necessary ABA therapy supported by research, continuous supervision, and data-driven decision-making. Quality and precision are never optional.
  • Leadership: Our CEO and leadership team remain directly involved in clinical and operational oversight, ensuring that every child’s treatment meets the highest ethical and medical standards.
  • Professionalism and Active Engagement: Every session is purposeful. Our providers maintain active participation and full therapeutic engagement throughout the entire duration of each patient’s treatment, representing the true intent of ABA as a medical treatment.
  • Science and Ethics First: We hold ourselves to the true standard of Applied Behavior Analysis, guided by ethics, and executed with professionalism and clinical integrity.

If you are a professional who understands that ABA is not education or childcare, but a medically prescribed treatment grounded in data, science, and ethics, and you are committed to practicing with integrity and excellence:

Why Join Unlimited Potential ABA:

At Unlimited Potential ABA, we provide medical-quality, ethical ABA treatment guided by research, compassion, and measurable outcomes. Every program is founded on scientific principles and held to the same professional and clinical standards expected of any medically prescribed intervention.

We recognize that ABA therapy is a medical treatment, not an educational or childcare program. Meaningful outcomes are achieved only through the active, consistent, and precise delivery of ABA interventions, supported by clinical accountability, data integrity, and unwavering ethical practice.

Our team is composed of dedicated and committed professionals who value excellence, honesty, and continual growth. Every member of Unlimited Potential ABA is supported by active leadership and direct involvement, ensuring that each decision reflects our mission to deliver exceptional care guided by science and ethics.

If you are a professional who understands that ABA is a medically prescribed treatment that is grounded in data, science, and ethics, and you are committed to practicing with integrity and excellence, we would be honored to have you on our team.
