Job Description: Behavior Technician(BT/RBT):

• Candidates must have a 40-hr ABA Certificate of Training. If not, Footprints offers access to free paid training, including a 40-hour ABA Certificate Course, to support your journey in becoming an exceptional ABA professional.
• Possess a minimum 2nd year undergraduate in Special Education/Children Development or related field (BA/BS level education preferred) with direct experience in delivering Applied Behavior Analytic programs to children on the autism spectrum.
• Candidates should have a minimum of 1 year experience.
• This position entails implementing Applied Behavior Analytic programs and working under the direct supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst.

Additional Desired Requirements:

• Ability to interact in a positive and collegial manner with fellow staff members, families and clients
• Experience with Microsoft Word/PPT/Excel
• Availability to work weekdays
• Ability to provide evidence of negative TB test results
• Ability to pass a fingerprint-based criminal background check as required by applicable law
• Reliable transportation, proof of auto insurance, and a valid driver's license
• Bilingual Speaker
