RBT certification is preferred but not required.

Blooming ABA is a growing ABA provider rooted in access, equity, and education. We are currently expanding into Orange County and looking for a compassionate and dependable Behavior Technician to join our team in Irvine.

What You'll Do:

• Provide individualized 1:1 ABA services in home and community settings
• Implement treatment plans under the direction of the clinical team
• Engage clients through play, natural routines, and individualized activities
• Collect accurate data and complete session documentation
• Teach communication, social, adaptive, and daily living skills
• Collaborate with caregivers and the Blooming ABA clinical team
• Participate in supervision, overlaps, and ongoing training

What We're Looking For:

• At least 18 years old
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities preferred
• RBT certification preferred
• Bachelor's degree in psychology, child development, education, ABA, or a related field is a plus
• Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and auto insurance
• Ability to pass required background checks
• TB clearance
• Comfortable working in clients' homes and community settings
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus

Pay: $22.00 - $26.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 20.0 per week
