Behavior Technician

*Monday-Friday availability. 8:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m. (schedule varies, flexibility required)

*Must be willing to travel up to an hour to client’s homes (within all of Tulare county)

*Spanish speaking and ASL is a plus!

* Fast-Track Leadership: Candidates with a Bachelor’s degree are eligible for promotion to a supervisory role in as little as 3 to 6 months.

Duties:

• Provide 1:1 behavior therapy to individuals in their home and/or community setting(s).
• Teach a variety of skills, using principles of ABA (communication, social, self-help, play, safety awareness).
• Follow and implement treatment goals under the supervision of a Case Supervisor and Clinical Director.
• Record and read accurate data, submit documentation on time
• Follow HIPPA confidentiality standards and maintain a professional demeanor
• Collaborate and communicate with team members and office manager
• Frequent travel throughout Tulare and Kings County

Education/Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent. RBT or ABAT preferred
• Afternoon and evening availability required. Must be available a minimum of 20 hours per week and open to a varied schedule that may also include mornings.
• Must pass background/fingerprint clearance and TB test
• Reliable transportation, proof of valid driver’s license, safe driving record and auto insurance required

Benefits / Compensation:

Pay: $17.00 - $21.00 per hour

• $30 monthly cell phone stipend
• 401k 3% match (after 6 months)
• Free BCBA and RBT supervision

Pay: $17.00 - $21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10.0 – 28.0 per week
