Make a meaningful impact in the lives of children with autism through in-home ABA services delivered with care and clinical excellence.

Position Highlights

• Part-time: 10–15 hours per week
• Hours - Monday through Friday 4:00–6:30 PM
• Saturday, 8:30 AM–12:00 as needed; most clients are afterschool hours
• $19–$21/hour starting rate
• In-home sessions with both in-person and telehealth BCBA supervision

Requirements

• Active RBT certification OR actively in the process of completing your 40-hour RBT training
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong data collection and documentation skills
• Current CPR/BLS certification
• No criminal history; must pass background check
• Reliable transportation for in-home sessions
• Comfortable with technology (apps, email, digital data collection)
• Experience working directly with youth with developmental disabilities

Preferred Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or higher in psychology, education, or related field
• Experience implementing ABA strategies

About the Role

As a Behavior Technician, you will:

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in client homes under BCBA supervision
• Work with clients across all ages, with most under the age of 10
• Accurately collect and document session data
• Use reinforcement and prompting strategies effectively
• Maintain a safe and engaging environment
• Participate in BCBA supervision (telehealth and/or in person)
• Communicate professionally with caregivers and team members

Pay: $19.00 - $20.00 per hour
