Behavior Technician

| PART-TIME (3:00–8:00 PM)|PAID TRAINING | MONTHLY BONUSES | PAID DRIVE TIME & MILEAGE

$20-28 AN HOUR

Key Responsibilities

Candidate must have the ability to:

• Provide therapeutic interventions to individuals with skill deficits and maladaptive behaviors
• Identify client needs and provide appropriate services.
• Maintain confidentiality of client information.
• Identify problems, evaluate alternatives, and develop solutions, etc.
• Communicate effectively with clients, families, colleagues, supervisors, etc.
• Listen attentively and accurately interpret verbal messages and ask appropriate questions.
• Understand the reactions of others and adjust behavior accordingly.

Experience and Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience working with individuals with disabilities or autism (preferred)
• At least 1 year of ABA experience (preferred)
• High School Diploma or higher required
• Spanish-speaking candidates preferred
• ASL proficiency is a plus

Requirements

• Current Tuberculosis Clearance
• DOJ/FBI criminal background clearance
• A valid California driver's license
• Reliable and insured transportation
• Ability to work part-time hours between 3:00–8:00 PM

Compensation

• Hourly rate ($20-28)
