At Beyond the Label Advocacy and Speech Therapy PC, we believe progress happens through connection, creativity, and celebrating every win. We’re looking for a warm, energetic Behavior Technician who loves working with children and wants to make learning feel engaging and meaningful.

You’ll work one-on-one with clients in home and educational settings, helping them build communication, social, and daily living skills. Some days that might mean practicing a new routine; other days, it might mean turning play into a chance to learn. You’ll follow each client’s individualized plan and receive guidance from a supervising behavior analyst.

What you’ll do

• Make sessions engaging while teaching skills from each client’s treatment plan.
• Use play, everyday activities, and positive reinforcement to support learning.
• Help clients practice communication, social skills, independence, and daily routines.
• Follow behavior support plans with patience and care.
• Track progress through session data and timely notes.
• Collaborate with families, supervisors, and other team members.
• Celebrate the small wins that lead to big growth!

Pay: $24.00 - $31.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 10.0 per week
