Position Highlights:

• Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy to children with autism in homes or our new center
• Implement individualized treatment plans under the guidance of experienced BCBAs

Beyond Infinity ABA: Helping Children Reach Beyond Their Limits.

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
• Provide direct patient care, engaging with children in various settings to encourage skill development and behavioral improvements.
• Maintain accurate medical documentation and records of patient progress, ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations.
• Conduct patient assessments and participate in diagnostic evaluations as needed.
• Collaborate with families and caregivers to provide support and guidance on behavioral strategies.
• Utilize knowledge of medical terminology to communicate effectively with healthcare professionals.
• Stay informed about best practices in behavioral therapy and apply them consistently during sessions.

Experience

• Previous experience working with children is REQUIRED, particularly in a therapeutic or educational setting.
• Familiarity with Applied Behavior Analysis techniques and principles is REQUIRED.
• Understanding of patient assessment methodologies and the ability to perform diagnostic evaluations.
• Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and commitment to maintaining patient confidentiality.
• Strong communication skills, patience, and empathy when interacting with children and their families.

Job Type: Part-Time (up to 20 hours), Full-Time (up to 40 hours)

Pay: $18.00-$23.00 per hour

Work Location: In person

Expected hours: 10.0 – 40.0 per week
