Behavior Technician - Full Time

Role: ABA Registered Behavior Technician

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) treatment plans under BCBA supervision.
• Collect and document behavior data accurately.
• Support skill development in various settings including home, school, and community.
• Collaborate with caregivers and ministry staff to ensure consistent support strategies.
• Model effective behavior management and instructional techniques.
• Contribute to creating a nurturing, faith-centered environment for children and families.

Qualifications & Skills

• Certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT).
• Experience or knowledge of ABA principles and intervention strategies.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Compassionate and dedicated to supporting children and families.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a faith-based, community-oriented setting.
