Behavior Technician – Level II EIDBI Provider

Job Overview

Unity Center LLC is seeking a dependable Behavior Technician to provide individualized services to children with autism and related developmental conditions. You will implement treatment plans under clinical supervision and help children build communication, social, and daily living skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services following each child’s individualized treatment plan.
• Collect accurate data in real time throughout sessions using Motivity.
• Complete clear, objective session notes the same day.
• Teach communication, play, social, and self-care skills using prescribed strategies.
• Follow individualized behavior support plans and maintain a safe, respectful environment.
• Collaborate with the clinical supervisor, caregivers, and team members.
• Participate in ongoing training, supervision, and feedback.
• Protect client confidentiality and follow agency policies.

Qualifications

• Meet Minnesota’s applicable Level II EIDBI provider qualifications, verified before providing services.
• Experience working with children with autism or developmental disabilities preferred.
• Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills.
• Ability to follow treatment plans and apply feedback from clinical supervisors.
• Reliable attendance and availability for the assigned schedule.
• Ability to successfully complete required background screening.
