Sprout, MBC is hiring part-time Behavior Technicians for after-school hours, and we also have full-time openings. This is a great fit for paraprofessionals, college or grad students, substitute teachers, or anyone who wants meaningful part-time work.

We practice compassionate, assent-based ABA for families in Western and Central Massachusetts. We build real relationships with our learners, respect their choices, and focus on skills that make everyday life better.

What you'll do

You'll work one-on-one with learners on life skills, learning readiness, academics, and community goals. Most of your work will be at one of our clinics, with occasional home visits within 30 minutes of a clinic. A BCBA will support you the whole way.

No experience? No problem.

We provide paid training and on-the-job support to help you earn your RBT credential, plus chances to earn more ABA certifications.
