About Us

Bright Star Behavioral Health Services provides individualized Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to children and teens with autism and other developmental disabilities throughout West Los Angeles.

  • Participate in required supervision, team meetings, and trainings, incorporating feedback into daily sessions.
  • Maintain client confidentiality and comply with the BACB Ethics Code, company policies, and all applicable legal, clinical, and documentation requirements.
  • Demonstrate professionalism, reliability, and punctuality while providing services and interacting with clients, families, and the clinical team.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in psychology, education, or a related field preferred.
  • At least 6 months of experience providing direct ABA services required; 1+ years preferred.
  • Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification preferred. Assistance with obtaining RBT certification will be provided when required.
  • Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and proof of current automobile insurance.
  • Ability to complete all required background checks, health screenings, certifications, and clearances.
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.

Why Join Us?

At Bright Star Behavioral Health Services, we believe quality care starts with investing in our team.
